Since 1950, Brownyard Group has been a trusted partner to brokers and insureds in niche markets nationwide. Our story began when founder William (Bill) H. Brownyard launched the Brownguard® program – the first liability coverage designed specifically for security professionals. That pioneering spirit remains at the core of everything we do.
Over the decades, we have expanded to offer ten (10) specialty insurance programs serving industries from pest control and alarm services to cosmetics, libraries, cemeteries, and beauty professionals. We are proud to be the longest-running, family-owned program administrator in the U.S.
