Torrence W. Brownyard, President
Tory likes to joke that he’s been a part of Brownyard Group® since birth; he formally began working for the family business in 1982. In his more than 35 years with Brownyard, he has served in a variety of roles and has a deep knowledge of many aspects of the company, as well as of industries served by Brownyard Group.
In addition to his responsibilities as President, he currently spearheads the Brownguard® security guard insurance program. He prides himself on being able to assist agents and brokers in meeting their clients’ needs.
Tory is a highly-regarded subject matter expert in the field of Security insurance and has contributed to industry publications such as Security Magazine and has been featured regularly in leading insurance publications such as Best’s Review and Rough Notes. He has a CPCU certification and a B.S. in Finance from Bentley College.

Bryan Brownyard, Chairman
In his 50 years with Brownyard Group, Bryan has done it all. He joined his father in building the company early in its history and has served as a Policy Typist, Bookkeeper, Salesman, Vice President and President over the years.
As Chairman, he is primarily responsible for administration and overseeing the PCOpro® Pest Control program, in addition to keeping everyone laughing. He values being a part of a family business, which has allowed him to work with his father, brothers, sons and daughter-in-law.
Prior to Brownyard, Bryan began his insurance career as an Underwriter at Zurich Insurance Co.

Brendan Brownyard, CEO
As CEO, Brendan is responsible for the development and marketing of numerous innovative insurance products for the security industry. Throughout his 40 years at Brownyard, he has made it his goal to ensure the insurance needs of clients are promptly and expertly met, as well as developing unique and important coverage innovations.
Brendan appreciates the opportunity to work with his brother and nephews, carrying on the traditions and ethical business practices set forth by William Brownyard, which have distinguished Brownyard Group in the insurance industry.
Prior to joining the family business, he worked as an Underwriting Assistant at Home Insurance Company and an Underwriting Manager at Zurich American Insurance Company. Additionally, he served in the U.S. Army (in the Republic of Vietnam).

Sean Brownyard, Senior Vice President of Operations
Sean is responsible for managing SASSI® and the Foundation® cosmetics program, as well as overseeing staffing, budgeting and workflow coordination. His well-rounded background allows him to understand the dynamics among the various stakeholders in the insurance market and also to contribute contacts and expertise to Brownyard.
Sean joined Brownyard Group in 2005 with nearly a decade of primary and reinsurance experience under his belt. He served as Senior Underwriter in the Financial Products Division of Kemper Insurance/Axis Insurance, a Reinsurance Broker for Large Professional Lines at Aon Re, Inc., and a broker at the Nicholson Leslie Group in London. He has a B.S. in Management Finance from Fairfield University.

Rich Randazzo, President of Brownyard Claims Management, Inc. & Invision
Rich oversees all claims operations for both Brownyard Claims Management (BCM) and Invision®, ensuring compliance with best claims practices. He oversees employee training and development, systems integration and performance evaluation, and he also serves as liaison with Arch Insurance Company for third party claims administration.
For over 20 years, Rich has been an integral part of the Brownyard Group team, forging quality business relationships and friendships within the industry and striving to achieve the most fair and responsible results for clients. During his time at Brownyard, he has been Vice President and Assistant Vice President of BCM, Claims Manager and Claims Examiner.
Prior to joining Brownyard, Rich served as Vice President for Casualty Claims at the Robert Plan Corporation. He also held many claims roles at Allstate Insurance Co., from Claim Examiner to Market Claim Manager. He has a B.A. in Economics from Susquehanna University and is a certified Casualty Adjuster in New York and other states.
