For more than 30 years, BCM has been one of the few independent, in-house claims services within a program administrator. Your claims are our sole focus, handled directly by us, with no third-party involvement.

When Claims Require Litigation

BCM promotes fast and reasonable settlements and strives to reduce litigation. If a claim cannot be settled on acceptable terms prior to a suit, our focus shifts to Litigation and Expense Management.
