Richard G. Randazzo, President

Richard Randazzo is a well-established professional involved in claims administration and liability insurance matters.

With over 35 years’ experience in claims investigation, Rich offers INVISION clients breadth and depth in all facets of claims-related matters. His background also includes more than 28 years’ experience in claims management.

Rich has managed all classes of property and casualty insurance, including private passenger and commercial auto, homeowner, commercial general liability, inland marine, commercial property and employment practices. Rich’s background also includes skills in independent claim and legal file auditing. In addition, he is a highly effective mediation/arbitration representative and claims negotiator.

Rich is also active in a number of professional insurance and claims associations and is personally licensed in more than 12 states.

Carol Meriam, Esq., Claims Manager

Carol Meriam is an attorney who handles all INVISION claims with high exposures, as well as claims with complex issues and protracted litigation. Using her excellent analytical, conflict resolution and litigation management skills, Carol effectively reduces costs and claim file inventories.

Carol joined INVISION in 1997 and during this time successfully managed a Lloyds of London run-off program, which required creating an action plan for mitigation, resolution and file closure. She also assisted the company in analyzing hundreds of claim files in preparation to serve as an independent expert witness in a multi-million dollar lawsuit.

Elizabeth Fraser, Coordinator Claims Investigations

Liz Fraser joined Invision in 2016. With over 25 years experience in all divisions of the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry concentrating on Regulatory Compliance, Quality Auditing and Claims Investigations, she has the analytical skills and expertise to provide superior service in all aspects of claims investigation and litigation support while keeping costs to a minimum.
