Richard G. Randazzo, President
Richard Randazzo is a well-established professional involved in claims administration and liability insurance matters.
With over 50 years’ experience in claims investigation, Rich offers INVISION clients breadth and depth in all facets of claims-related matters. His background also includes more than 30 years’ experience in claims management.
Rich has managed all classes of property and casualty insurance, including private passenger and commercial auto, homeowner, commercial general liability, inland marine, commercial property and employment practices. Rich’s background also includes skills in independent claim and legal file auditing. In addition, he is a highly effective mediation/arbitration representative and claims negotiator.

Elizabeth Fraser, Claims Investigations Specialist
Liz Fraser joined Invision in 2016. She has over 35 years’ experience in all divisions of the Property and Casualty insurance Industry concentrating on regulatory compliance, quality auditing and claims investigations. Her analytical skills and expertise allow her to provide superior service in all aspects of claims investigation and litigation support.
Since joining Invision, Liz has consistently provided clients with exceptional handling of their investigative matters. She has established a proven track record in delivering a timely, thorough, and high-quality results while keeping costs to a minimum.
